any type of property in Greece, you must satisfy The Greek Property
Society's lawyers in relation to proof of ownership, property size,
typographic plans, boundary fence lines, building sizes, internal living
room sizes, garden etc, and the information must be accompanied by a
current accurate property photo. The more information you can submit,
the better the advert shall be.
Copies
of all legal paperwork of any property placed for sale must be sent to
The Greek Property Society's main office at the address below.
All documents shall remain on file with The
Greek Property Society and shall be kept private and confidential at all
times.

Carefully
fill out the appropriate property advertising boxes. Your advertisement
will appear on the Property Directory within 72 hours of your submitting
the completed form. In the event that your
advertisement does not appear within 72 hours please contact us to
rectify the situation. This may involve your
resending your details.

invite advertisements for existing
habitable properties, buildings that are derelict and in need of total
renovation,
modernisation,
concrete skeletons, small renovation projects, conversions, or buildings
requiring small works to bring them up to the current building
regulation standards. Fill in the boxes by placing the mouse on box and
left click to tick the box. Type in property
sizes as normal into the box that applies to your advisement. Please be
as precise and accurate as possible. To complete the placement of your

The
Greek Property Society do charge an advertising cost for this service,
however once a property advert is placed, it remains on the Property
Directory for a period of two years.
Payments
for advertisements are due immediately. You may
pay for the advertisement directly through the society's Credit Card
payments system or through the Bank or at a Society's lawyers' offices or to
a local representative named on this website. Bank
